"SYSTEMS-BUILT MODULAR CONSTRUCTION"
Systems-built is a term certain manufacturers elect to distinguish their ability
to produce homes and/or buildings that equal or exceed the quality, strength and
aesthetic value of those built on-site (stick built).
Although the level of factory automation varies, the commitment is to follow
traditional building codes and standards using traditional materials and
fixtures - by specified brand name, lumber grading and sizing. Tasks that are best
performed on site, such as brick or stone, are completed after your building is
set onto the foundation. Building dealers and/or site contractors normally
participate in completing most systems-built projects.
The process includes a systematic blend of
modern science, technology, engineering and equipment, as well as traditional
construction methods and resources.

Why You Should Choose Systems-built Construction
Given equal or better results, your value is enhanced by reducing "soft costs"
(costs other than materials & labor), risks, theft, vandalism and hidden defects inherent to site
construction. Your building is produced on a
strict production schedule, immune to weather and sub-contractor delays. The
foundation, etc., is normally prepared while the building is being produced,
meaning your business or service is likely to open - and begin generating
revenue - several months earlier!
Systems-built to Meet Your Needs and Vision
The days of square and rectangular space limitations are
gone! Today, homes and buildings are being system-built in multiple stories and
of vast dimensions and configurations.
The following illustrates a 6,000 sq/ft maze of angled hallways
and abstract offices. After reviewing structural issues, our experience
in-house engineering staff presented a modular construction plan that remained
true to our Client's needs and vision.
