Concrete
equipment shelters are engineered and built for ultimate strength,
durability and protection; providing substantial vandal and bullet resistance
-
plus extremely low maintenance. With 4-inch thick,
steel reinforced poured concrete walls, your shelter will far exceed the
UL-752 rating for all firearm classes up to and including 30:06, high power
rifle at point-blank range.
Each concrete shelter is hand built in
a climate controlled environment, keeping materials dry and
construction on schedule. Your shelter will move down an assembly line where skilled workers meticulously complete
tasks they have perfected through
ongoing
training, repetition and strict quality control. In addition, periodic inspections
are performed by State or third-party building inspectors. The result brings you an equipment shelter
well capable of protecting your valuable contents for many decades.

YOU MAY NOT NEED
A FOUNDATION!
The 6.75-inch steel-reinforced poured concrete floor may eliminate,
depending on location, the need for a foundation. A prepared base of gravel, stone or sand
may be sufficient to permanently set your SERIES-I. When placed under or adjacent
to towers, the concrete roof provides excellent protection from
falling ice.
Concrete shelters
are available in a variety of exterior treatments, from earth-tone washed aggregate to
any desired siding texture or material
- basically, we will deliver whatever architectural look you need to satisfy local
zoning and code officials. If the desired finish is real brick or
stone, Miller Construction Services (MCS)
will assure your exterior is completed on-site following delivery!
