- we will not ask you to accept unwanted items or compromise
anything you need. Every shelter we build is designed, engineered
and delivered to meet your site requirements and
esthetics - including a reliable integrated electrical system, cable
entry, ladders, HVAC and lighting; in addition to specified alarms and backup components. As with all MILLER structures, you
have an unlimited choice of commercial and architectural grade
materials. And because lightweight shelters weigh
close to 2/3 less than our concrete shelter, you'll enjoy savings in
delivery, offload and setup costs.
Our
construction services division
offers expert TURNKEY site development, including excavation, foundations,
off-loads, towers, fencing, etc. Plus emergency and routine
building maintenance.

Lightweight shelters
are available in a variety of exterior treatments, from earth-tone washed aggregate to
any popular siding texture or material
- basically, we will deliver whatever architectural look you want,
or need to satisfy local
zoning and code officials. If the desired finish is real brick or
stone, Miller Construction Services (MCS)
will assure the exterior is completed on site following delivery!
