Eric's All-American Ice Cream Factory was so successful on the North side of town, he decided to open another store on the far East side. Eric turned to ADI, INC. - a firm specializing in "TURNKEY" premium soft serve facilities. Eric agreed that a modular building was a logical solution and specified his store be constructed to serve both walk-up and drive-thru customers. ADI, INC. met Eric's challenge using our custom steel-frame and concrete building system. The new store was an instant success!
