Eric's All American Ice Cream Factory was so successful on
the North side of town, he decided to open another store on the
East side. Eric turned to ADI, INC. - a firm
that specializes in "TURNKEY" premium soft serve facilities. Eric agreed that a
modular building was a logical solution and specified his store be
constructed to serve both walk-up and drive-thru customers. ADI, INC. met
the challenge using our custom steel-frame and concrete building
system. Eric's new store was an instant success!

Systems-built of Hurricane Resistant
Poured Concrete
Above: Photos taken on 9/24/04, days following the 4th hurricane to hit Florida in
a
45-day time period. Our newly constructed school sustained no damage.
This concrete modular
school was built to withstand winds of 150 m.p.h. (min.), and shipped from MILLER
concrete plants in Pennsylvania and Indiana. Upon
delivery MILLER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES (MCS)
was on-site to assist in the completion of this project.
