SYSTEMS-BUILT MODULAR - DESIGN BUILD CONSTRUCTION:
Choose from quality wood-frame,
steel-frame, steel-and-concrete, or concrete construction. For those
in hazardous regions, your building can be engineered to resist
hurricane-force winds (150 m.p.h. min), fire or high-caliber bullets. All
methods, materials and fixtures are approved for commercial construction.
Building-code inspections are performed during production by State or
certified third-party Inspectors - the same inspections required for "site
built" construction. Occupancy may occur
30-40% FASTER as the building and
foundation can be built simultaneously. Real brick, stone, canopies, etc.
are applied once modules are placed onto the permanent foundation.

VERSIPLEX - CLEAR SPAN CONSTRUCTION:
Our proprietary modular building system. Any number of center
modules are inserted between end modules to create a building with
unobstructed floor space. Each core module is complete and ready for use.
Network cable drops, rest rooms, kitchens, cabinetry, closets, utility rooms
and dividers are popular options. The VERSIPLEX is so flexible it can be

- MODULAR CONSTRUCTION: These strong energy-efficient modular
buildings are ideal for providing immediate space, or when needs might be
temporary. Portable buildings are often "in-Stock" and delivered 100%
complete. Setup is quick, usually within several hours or a few days,
depending on the number of modules.
