Receives Minority Certification
Miller Building Systems, Inc.
(“Miller”) is pleased to announce that it has received its
certification
(PDF) as
a Minority Business Enterprise (#111006-05) from the Indiana Business
Diversity Council (www.inbdc.org). Now, purchases from Miller can help
current and prospective customers in our distribution channels to better
achieve their supplier diversity spending goals.
On March 31, 2006 Miller,
formerly a division of Coachmen Industries, Inc. (NYSE:COA) was acquired by
MBSI Holdings, LLC. MBSI Holdings is comprised of Opus Acquisitions Group,
LLC, The Warrior Group, and members of Miller’s senior management team. The
ownership structure provided Miller with the distinction of becoming the
first minority-owned manufacturer of telecommunications shelters and
commercial systems-built structures in the United States.
